It’s Authentic!

When you come to LannaThai Kitchen, you can expect the real-deal in Thai food. Trained by award-winning Thai chef, Nuit Regular, our chef Sheldon Kelly uses authentic ingredients, recipes, and techniques to create dishes that are as true to the real thing as possible. The dishes from our menu are all found in the northern Lanna region in Thailand (with the exception of the fresh seafood additions we’ve made in order to feature the best of our Maritime offerings). Many of our spices are specially ordered from Thailand, and our kitchen was designed to accommodate the particular equipment needed to cook this type of cuisine.
